FAQ Shipping
Which carrier do you use?
All orders ship from our workshop in Älmhult, Sweden, with PostNord. Outside the Nordics, PostNord hands parcels to a local partner (such as DPD/GeoPost) for final delivery in your country.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate per order, based on your country, and every option includes tracking. You’ll see the exact price at checkout. Ordering more doesn’t raise the shipping cost.
Is there a maximum order size?
Yes. Orders can weigh up to 2 kg. If you’d like to place a larger order, please contact us and we’ll arrange it separately.
Can I choose where my parcel is delivered?
Depending on your country, you can choose home delivery or collection from a PostNord service point. In Sweden, Denmark, and Norway you can also choose a parcel locker. To find a service point near you, see PostNord’s service point finder.
How quickly do you ship?
We aim to dispatch every order within 5 business days. We only sell what we have in stock, so there are no backorders or preorders.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates, and delays can happen, especially around holidays.
Do you ship to Finland?
Not at the moment.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
- EU: No. VAT is included in the price, and there are no extra charges on delivery.
- United States: No. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so import duties and fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing extra is due on delivery.
- Norway and UK: We’re not shipping there just yet. We’ve applied for VAT registration in both countries, so that once we open, local VAT will be included at checkout and you won’t get surprise charges on delivery. Coming soon!
- Switzerland, Canada, and Australia: Your country may charge import VAT, duties, or a handling fee on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and aren’t included in our prices.
